About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Game Risk & Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a behind-the-scenes operational role focused on monitoring player activity, reviewing payments, and identifying fraudulent or irregular behaviour. You’ll play a key part in protecting platform integrity, ensuring fair gameplay, and supporting secure payment processes. This role offers strong exposure to operational risk and investigative analysis.

Responsibilities

Review and analyse flagged gameplay to detect irregular patterns such as collusion, bot activity, chip dumping, or advantage play
Investigate suspicious account activity including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and account takeovers
Monitor and review withdrawals to ensure accurate and compliant processing
Investigate failed or high-risk transactions and mitigate chargeback exposure
Conduct risk assessments using internal tools and behavioural data
Prepare clear investigation reports and escalate findings where required
Support player reviews and ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with Payments, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to maintain operational efficiency

Requirements

Previous experience in Payments, Fraud, Risk, or Operations within the iGaming industry
Strong understanding of payment flows, fraud indicators, and gameplay risk patterns
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
Confidence reviewing large volumes of transactional and behavioural data
Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
Ability to work shifts, including evenings or weekends
Experience conducting gameplay or game integrity reviews
Strong Excel or reporting skills
Familiarity with fraud monitoring or back-office systems
