About the Role

Responsibilities

• Accompany the entire rental process, from processing incoming inquiries and viewings to the successful handover of the property.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants and provide professional, service-oriented advice on selecting suitable properties.
• Coordinate viewing appointments, maintain prospect data, and ensure a structured process for all rental activities.
• Present residential and commercial properties persuasively, highlighting the unique features and potential of each space.
• Collaborate closely with the team to find suitable tenant solutions for our properties.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in real estate or a comparable business or service-oriented field.
• Ideally, practical experience in rentals, property management, real estate administration, or a similar role.
• Enjoy communication, think solution-oriented, and love closing deals successfully.
• Confident, empathetic, with a good sense for people and their needs.
• Work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain an overview even under high demand.
• Experience from adjacent service-oriented fields is also welcome.
