About the Role

Join T-Systems International GmbH as an intern to apply your academic knowledge and help shape the digital world. We are looking for interns who are eager to contribute to the expansion of the connected world with team spirit, innovation, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support management and the sales team in ongoing customer and funding projects, e.g., designing digital business approaches, developing solution strategies, and preparing customer proposals.
  • Independently take over individual project components in our funding projects, e.g., developing business models in the context of data spaces based on Gaia-X and IDS standards.
  • Support presales in creating proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts, gathering customer requirements, and preparing customer presentations and pitches.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target customers, and support the development of partnerships and the sales pipeline in the areas of data spaces, data ecosystems, and data economy.
  • Work in an internationally distributed team with experienced consultants, technically adept data scientists, and other experts in agile project teams and squads.
  • Utilize modern software tools like Slack, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence, apply methods like Design Thinking in Miro, and learn agile frameworks like SAFe.

Requirements

  • Studying business, business informatics, a comparable degree program, or in a gap year.
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve success.
  • Enjoy customer contact, strong presentation skills, and ability to convince in discussions with customers and partners.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
  • Strong goal and implementation orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of teamwork.
  • Interest in experiencing work in an agile startup team with modern software tools within a large corporation.
  • Seeking a stepping stone for a career in presales and business development.
  • May have initial experience with the data economy, sales, presales, or customer engagement.
  • May have initial knowledge of digital technologies and data-driven business models.
