About the Role
As an Executive Talent Partner, you will fill the most critical key positions for our M&A growth strategy. Your mission is to identify, attract, and recruit future managing directors for Buena. You will have full ownership from day one, taking strategic responsibility for the leadership pipeline of our portfolio, working closely with management and M&A teams to make executive recruiting a central driver of our company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of your time on direct approach and sourcing managing directors via LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, and cold calling.
- Build, optimize, and manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process and CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
- Seamlessly link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline, ensuring instant closing after deal completion.
- Systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
Requirements
- Bring one to three years of measurable success in executive search, headhunting, or tech recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling senior roles.
- Possess high resilience in direct approach, act with absolute confidence, and work with an extreme results orientation.
- Speak German at a native level.
- Approach tasks in an extremely structured, analytical, and data-driven manner.
- Utilize modern sourcing tools, CRM systems, and AI applications to enhance daily performance.
- Willingness to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.
