About the Role

We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team at The Manse Residential Care Home in South Norwood, London. Sanctuary Care is a not-for-profit organization where every penny goes back into our people and homes, and we are proud to be Investors in People Gold accredited.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the home’s administrative systems with accuracy and care.
  • Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash.
  • Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly.
  • Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Will require safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary.

  • Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks.
  • Warm, approachable and committed to exceptional customer service.

Work Type

  • 37.5 hours per week

Salary/Compensations

  • £16.28 per hour
