Responsibilities

• Deliver consolidated project performance analysis and reporting across the project portfolio.
• Support the interpretation, review, and monitoring of current and emerging project performance trends and issues.
• Undertake detailed portfolio analysis.
• Extract and model data from multiple sources.
• Analyze and report on performance across cost, time, risk, change, safety, community, and environment.
• Support the development and implementation of new reporting suites and processes.
• Build consistent, reliable, and transparent portfolio-level performance reporting and insights in a complex project environment with disparate systems, competing priorities, and tight reporting deadlines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex and evolving data sets formed across project and program environments.
• Navigate disparate systems.
• Manage competing priorities.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and comparable performance analysis to lead to informed decision-making and improved portfolio reporting outcomes.
• Recognized as an analytical and detail-focused professional.
• Skilled at extracting, modelling, and analysing data to identify trends and issues.
• Experienced in portfolio-level reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement in reporting practices.
