About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers at a leading renewable energy investor, gaining exposure to an international business while providing broad proactive administrative support, managing diaries, and ensuring alignment in daily schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively managing complex calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring priorities are aligned and schedules remain accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the team through a wide range of administrative and coordination activities
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimizing workflows, processes, and administrative routines, leveraging digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinating and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new team members
  • Assisting in planning and executing team events, offsites, and internal initiatives
  • Providing professional and confidential support to the Partners as needed

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience from a position as Personal/Executive Assistant in a top-tier consulting firm, law firm, investment bank, large international company or Ministry/Government Agency
  • Proactive and naturally take ownership of tasks and projects
  • Enjoy working in a high-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Highly organized, with ability to drive administrative processes and projects proactively and independently
  • Resilient, service-minded and proactive
  • Digitally savvy and curious about emerging technologies, including AI tools
  • Solid skills in Microsoft 365 and eagerness to explore new productivity solutions
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Natural ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Motivated, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team player who is proactive and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and who can handle confidential material discreetly
