About the Role
As Chief of Staff to TIB Molbiol CEO & Head of Strategic Execution, you will actively shape the future of molecular diagnostics and accompany TIB Molbiol on its ambitious growth path. In this key position, you will act as a central interface between the CEO, the extended leadership team, and global Roche structures to successfully implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and ensure the achievement of company goals.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and Leadership Team in prioritizing, preparing, and implementing business-critical and organizational decisions.
- Translate the corporate strategy into measurable goals (KPIs) and operational milestones, and continuously monitor their achievement.
- Take overall responsibility for the entire TIB project landscape, with a clear focus on the successful and resource-efficient implementation of our IVDR pipeline.
- Structure the content and strategy of all leadership meetings and Town Halls, ensuring consistent implementation of decisions.
- Promote close and productive collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Finance, People & Culture) and global Roche functions, and agilely develop our governance models.
- Lead, coach, and develop a specialized team of 5 experts in the PMO, setting clear, motivating priorities for shared success.
- Navigate complex, cross-functional matrix projects, managing stakeholders and leading teams to success without direct reporting lines.
- Foster trust and establish an open, performance-oriented leadership culture through transparent communication, integrity, and discretion.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences; an MBA is ideal.
- Sound professional experience (7-10 years with Master's or 8-10 years with Bachelor's), including at least 5 years of in-depth expertise in multi-project and risk management.
- Proven success in the strategic management of complex project landscapes, ideally in a highly regulated environment (IVDR / MedTech / Pharma).
- Independent work style, extensive experience with agile methods, and profound knowledge of modern analysis tools.
- Ability to simplify complex approaches and find pragmatic, risk-based solutions.
- Loyalty, reliability, and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
