About the Role
Manage global payroll and mobility compliance solutions for clients, leveraging innovative technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely data collection, processing, and distribution that align with KPIs and SLAs.
- Spearhead client projects, consulting on process improvements and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct thorough payroll data validations and reconciliation analyses to proactively identify and mitigate high-risk areas.
- Manage client-specific requirements, including payroll mapping and global cost tracking, ensuring seamless collaboration with payroll and third-party vendors.
- Assist clients with accurate year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and other compliance-related documentation.
- Utilize data analytics to provide clients with actionable insights on their mobility programs.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with tech teams to implement solutions.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members in a multi-geographic hybrid structure.
