About the Role

This role leads the implementation and effective operation of Oracle NetSuite, supporting integration processes with cross-functional teams. It involves working across the group and closely with the regional finance system team for timely system rollouts into newly acquired schools, reporting to the group head of the financial system.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of financial platforms, adhering to ISP operating model, group policy, country-specific gaps, and requirements.
• Manage scoping documentation, school configurations, walkthroughs, UAT, user training, data migration, and advanced feature implementations.
• Oversee localization, tax compliance, document management, and payment service integrations.
• Maintain issue and resolution trackers.
• Perform post-system administration and maintenance, including user permissions and access.
• Provide BAU support and manage phase 2 rollouts.
• Monitor system performance and conduct functional troubleshooting on processes.
• Perform technical troubleshooting on workflows and script debugging.
• Maintain regular system maintenance, upgrades, and testing of core systems, localization, and third-party products.
• Identify improvements to the ISP operating model and contribute to regional and group roadmaps.
• Collaborate with teams to design, test, and train on ISP platforms and integrations, primarily with MIS systems, payment service providers, banking, and tax compliance.
• Monitor data integrity between systems, manage error handling, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Create technical specifications for API requests and responses, and develop or support API connections.
• Develop a standard set of advanced reports, dashboards, and publish them in standard navigation portlets.
• Create a standard set of advanced saved searches, records, and transaction types for use in navigation portlets.
• Develop and implement Suiteflow and Suitescripts, and support SuiteTalk Webservices.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-assisted tools into system processes for productivity and efficiency.
• Perform end-to-end testing, document steps and processes, create user guides, and manage deployment.
• Manage onboarding, student lifecycle management platforms, localization, and tax compliance projects.
• Oversee finance system enhancement and add-on projects.
• Participate in financial projects including MIS fees billing, payment service providers, banking, CRM, and MDM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage delivery, and provide Steerco reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet targeted go-live dates.

Requirements

• Related finance and technology qualifications.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite implementation and administration.
• Familiarity with advanced revenue management, multi-book, multi-currency, and multi-subsidiary structures.
• Knowledge of financial standards and tax compliance.
• Experience with SaaS VAT/WHT reporting, electronic documents, and digital statutory financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, requirement analysis, design specification, system customization, integration solutions, and performance improvements.
• Experience with integrated finance systems and third-party applications/APIs.
• Proficiency with AI tools, including hands-on experience with generative AI and automation tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish or a local language.
• Demonstrate and role-model ISP Leadership Competencies.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Willingness to undergo appropriate vetting procedures, including online due diligence, reference checks, and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks.
