About the Role
Join our development team, evolving software products on a scale, with a focus on scalable agent-facing interfaces and automations within the Demand Division. This role involves discovery in the design process to identify efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a core product built with Python, TypeScript, and Java/Spring.
- Place users at the center when developing solutions.
- Drive the development process using an Agile environment.
- Evolve products using new tech stacks.
- Lead technical decisions inside and across teams to improve technical excellence through lateral leadership.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Strong focus on architecture, system design, and migrating legacy products.
- Strong experience in maintaining and evolving products written in Python.
- Experience with Java / Spring Boot is a plus.
- Cover your code with tests and have experience with different test runners.
- Obsession with quality ensures every product meets exceptionally high standards.
- Enjoy working within an agile setup.
