About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, certificate issuance, data maintenance, and managing corporate benefits.
- Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by managing, maintaining, and verifying records in our HRIS.
- Support employee relocation processes, including visa applications and work authorization management.
Requirements
- Available for at least 6 months.
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university.
- Based in Berlin.
- Available 20 hours per week.
- At least one semester remaining in your studies.
Skills
- Strong interest in People Operations topics.
- Fluent communication in both German and English.
