About the Role
As an Executive Talent Partner, you will fill a critical role in our M&A growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and recruiting dynamic, tech-oriented leaders to replace existing management in acquired real estate management companies. You will have strategic responsibility for the leadership pipeline of a portfolio exceeding 500 employees, working closely with senior management and M&A teams to drive company strategy through executive recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of your time on direct approach and sourcing of managing directors via LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, and cold calling.
- Build, optimize, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process and CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
- Seamlessly connect the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline, ensuring instant closing post-deal.
- Systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven success in executive search, headhunting, or tech recruiting, including successful placement of senior roles.
- High resilience in direct approach, confident demeanor, and a strong results-oriented work ethic.
- Native-level German language skills (C2).
- Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach to daily tasks.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools, CRM systems, and AI applications for performance enhancement.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Berlin HQ (Prenzlauer Berg).
