About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Specialist with a proven track record of winning new business and hitting targets. A Master Negotiator who is commercially numerate, solution-focused, and can hold their own in a high-stakes meeting. A Team Player who is friendly, hard-working, and thrives in a "scale-up" environment where their individual contribution actually moves the needle. Ambitious and ready to learn the nuances of one of the UK’s fastest-growing food sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Building a robust new business pipeline to ensure MOMA grows faster than the competition.
  • Managing existing wholesalers, buyers, and sales teams to maximise every opportunity.
  • Working with leadership to craft tailored growth plans for purchasing groups and independent businesses.
  • Taking ownership of sales forecasting, promotional calendars, and trade marketing.
  • Representing the brand at major trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management within an FMCG environment.
  • Understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and business development.
  • Proven ability to build and deliver joint business plans and negotiate effectively to drive results.
  • Experience in managing senior-level relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and effectively present at various organisational levels.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools, and Google Office.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
