About the Role
We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities and site management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for. We’re four years young and growing in the provision of our on site solutions to the prison service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the training of new managers.
- Act as the central point of contact regarding matters connected with administration including HR, H&S and compliance related matters for new or recently promoted Site managers.
- Deliver and develop training to user groups within the region.
Requirements
- Experience using a variety of IT systems including CAFM.
- IT skills to Superuser level.
- Competent in IT training.
- Experience in a busy office environment.
- Ability and flexibility to travel across the region with overnight stays as required by business need.

About the Company
- Gov Facility Services Ltd is a non-profit company owned entirely by the Ministry of Justice, delivering safe, high quality and value driven facilities services to 48 prisons over the South and East of the UK with over 1,300 staff.
- GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
