About the Role

Work directly with founders on high-impact projects across strategy, sales, operations, and growth. Solve critical business problems, drive execution, and contribute to building one of Europe’s most ambitious energy companies. This role requires exceptional drive, strong judgment, and a high work ethic, thriving in fast-paced environments with early ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own projects across strategy, sales, operations and growth from analysis to execution.
• Support the development of internal tools, processes, and platform solutions that help scale the company.
• Track regulatory developments, market opportunities, and funding mechanisms, and translate them into clear recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision materials for key company priorities.
• Help drive new partnerships, market initiatives, and other growth projects.

Requirements

• Studying or recently completed a degree in any subject with strong academic performance.
• Highly driven, analytical, structured, and hands-on.
• Curious about energy, startups, business models, and building companies.
• Clear and professional communication in German and English.
• First experience in a fast-paced environment such as startup, consulting, VC, finance, or energy is a strong plus.
• Available from October 2026 for at least 3 months.
