About the Role

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, seeks a caring and compassionate individual to support clients across South London. This role involves covering rota gaps, ensuring continuity of care, and building trust while delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency for service users in their own homes and within the community, providing compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Support clients by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages.
Ensure continuity of care and build familiarity and trust.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Maintain consistency for service users in their own homes and within the community.
Provide compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Travel between client locations as required.
Work collaboratively with families and the wider team.
Develop positive relationships through reliable and professional support.

Requirements

Experience and competence in key clinical skills including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilator support, suctioning, and catheter care.
Adaptable, skilled, and committed to delivering safe and effective care.
Experience in Tracheostomy Management.
Experience in PEG Feeding.
Experience in Ventilation Support.
Experience in Suctioning.
Experience in Catheter Care.
Experience in Medication Administration.
Experience in Moving & Handling Equipment.
A Full Valid Driving Licence.
