Responsibilities
- Support management and project leadership in customer and funding projects, including solution strategy development, schedule and milestone planning, and work package tracking.
- Independently manage project components in funding projects, such as developing business models for data spaces using Gaia-X and IDS standards.
- Coordinate collaboration within an internationally distributed team, prepare status reports and project documents, and monitor deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
- Assist in planning, steering, and coordinating projects, take responsibility for individual work packages, and learn agile working methods.
- Collaborate in an internationally distributed team with experienced consultants, technically proficient data scientists, and other experts in agile project teams and squads.
- Work with modern software tools like Slack, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence, utilize methods like Design Thinking in Miro, and learn agile frameworks like SAFe.
Requirements
- Studying business, business informatics, a comparable degree program, or currently in a gap year.
- Ambitious and driven to achieve success.
- Structured and organized work approach, able to manage multiple parallel tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
- Strong goal and implementation orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of teamwork.
- Interest in learning about work in an agile startup team with modern software tools within a large corporation.
- Seeking a career springboard in project management.
- May have initial experience in project work or with agile methods.
- May have initial knowledge of digital technologies and data-driven business models.
