About the Role
This newly created position is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality IT support services to end users across Morrison’s global offices, operating within a structured ITIL-aligned service management framework.
Responsibilities
- Manage, triage, resolve and escalate incidents and service requests through the IT Service Portal in line with SLAs.
- Provide first and second-line remote and onsite support for Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 applications, peripherals and workplace technology.
- Configure, deploy and support end-user devices, including hardware replacements, rebuilds and lifecycle tasks.
- Support meeting room, Teams Rooms and AV technology, resolving connectivity, display and audio issues.
- Perform controlled access support activities such as password and MFA resets, escalating identity, policy and security configuration matters as required.
- Maintain accurate ticket notes, contribute to knowledge articles and identify recurring issues for problem management.
- Support users across global regions and collaborate with other Service Desk Engineers to provide consistent service coverage.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support or end-user computing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, peripherals, Microsoft 365 and workplace technology.
- Customer-focused, organised and clear in communication, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently onsite while following processes and escalation pathways.
- Professional, approachable, calm under pressure and practical in problem solving.
