About the Role
We're looking for a brilliant Social & Content Lead to make Fetch famous. Organic short-form content is yours end to end: concept, script, shoot, edit, post, and learn. You'll be responsible for making Fetch worth following on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, owning organic short-form content from concept to posting, and turning real Fetch moments into content people watch, save, and send.
Responsibilities
- Own organic short-form end to end: concept, script, shoot, edit, post
- Turn real Fetch moments into content people watch, save and send
- Make Fetch worth following on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Build repeatable series, not one-offs
- Develop a trend radar to identify relevant trends
- Create content hooks, openings, and variants to fuel paid campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years making short-form content, in-house, at an agency, or on your own channel
- Proven experience building or growing a channel with real engagement
- Proficiency in shooting and editing video content (iPhone or mirrorless, CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Strong writing skills for hooks, scripts, and captions
- Experience using AI tools (Higgsfield, Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Claude)
- Ability to turn a small pet-parent truth into a big social idea
- Ability to take feedback constructively
- Passion for pets and understanding of pet parent obsessions
- Ability to move quickly and ship ideas
- Bonus: Own audience or personal channel
