About the Role

The King's Trust is seeking a Delivery Manager Capability Lead to strengthen management and leadership within their Delivery function. This role is crucial for ensuring managers have the necessary skills, confidence, and support to lead high-performing, inclusive teams, contributing to the organization's ambition to be a leading UK charity for young people.

Responsibilities

  • Use data, feedback, and organizational insight to identify leadership capability needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the People and Learning team to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Support the creation and implementation of sustainable and effective solutions.
  • Embed inclusive leadership behaviors and approaches into management development.
  • Evaluate impact using evidence and feedback to continuously improve leadership capability and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel to other centers when required.

Salary/Compensations

  • £29,290.00 to £36,612.00 (National)
  • £33,000.00 to £41,256.00 (London)
