About the Role
The King's Trust is seeking a Delivery Manager Capability Lead to strengthen management and leadership within their Delivery function. This role is crucial for ensuring managers have the necessary skills, confidence, and support to lead high-performing, inclusive teams, contributing to the organization's ambition to be a leading UK charity for young people.
Responsibilities
- Use data, feedback, and organizational insight to identify leadership capability needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the People and Learning team to make data-driven recommendations.
- Support the creation and implementation of sustainable and effective solutions.
- Embed inclusive leadership behaviors and approaches into management development.
- Evaluate impact using evidence and feedback to continuously improve leadership capability and effectiveness.

Salary/Compensations
- £29,290.00 to £36,612.00 (National)
- £33,000.00 to £41,256.00 (London)
