About the Role
Seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our busy, well-established practice in Lane Cove. This permanent full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, gain exposure to advanced dental procedures, and develop your career within a growing national organization.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting across general and advanced dental procedures
- Supporting implant, GA and complex surgical treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians throughout procedures
- Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Delivering exceptional patient care at every stage of the patient journey
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Working collaboratively with a professional and experienced team
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' Dental Assistant experience
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent experience)
- Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
- Experience assisting with implants, GA and complex surgical procedures highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of infection control and clinical compliance
- Professional, reliable and team-focused
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- To work in Dental in QLD, you are required to hold a Blue Card for paid employment
