About the Role
As a Founders Associate Intern (Special Projects), you will work directly with the CEO, COO, and CTO on critical, undefined problems. You will take ownership of projects spanning hiring, partnerships, operations, product, and strategy, driving them from conception to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience and shape the growth of a category-defining AI company.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on high-impact projects.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement new systems and processes for the company.
- Conduct research and synthesize findings into actionable memos for founders.
- Support founders by preparing materials and refining key metrics.
Requirements
- High level of initiative and self-direction.
- Excellent writing and analytical thinking skills.
- A proactive 'builder' mindset, comfortable creating solutions.
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, finance).
- Proficiency with AI tools for workflow optimization.
- Availability for a 3-6 month internship.
- Ability to work in person in Berlin.
