About the Role
As a Founders Associate Intern (GTM), you will work closely with the commercial team, supporting sales operations and gaining hands-on experience in enterprise deal building within the industrial supply chain sector. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to directly shape go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Sharpen the target account list by researching potential accounts and identifying key personas.
- Improve outreach sequences, subject lines, and LinkedIn openers based on performance data.
- Analyze customer conversations to capture objections, language, and reactions, translating them into actionable team intelligence.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, ensure timely follow-ups, and prepare for meetings.
- Identify and take ownership of emerging GTM tasks and challenges.
- Learn the intricacies of enterprise selling within industrial supply chains.
Requirements
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and structured research plans.
- Proactive and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
- Daily use of AI tools for work automation.
- Genuine interest in Go-To-Market strategies and the industrial sector.
- Prior GTM or startup experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
- Native-level German and professional English fluency.
- Availability for a 3-6 month internship.
- Ability to work in person in Berlin.
