About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst specializing in System Integration to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in Berlin. You will focus on the seamless integration of various systems, ensuring efficient communication between business units and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system integration projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs and propose efficient solutions
- Design and document integration processes, data flows, and interfaces between systems
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements
- Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flows and data models
- Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of integration solutions
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure successful integration
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in system integration
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units throughout the integration process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis
- 2-3 years of experience focused on system integration projects
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and system integration techniques
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and data modeling
- Experience with enterprise software systems such as ERP or CRM
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL
- Familiarity with API integration and cloud integration platforms
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Understanding of software development life cycle and enterprise architecture concepts
- Fluency in English and German
