About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst specializing in banking processes and system integration for our dynamic team in Berlin. In this position, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between banking and business requirements and technical solutions, with a focus on seamless integration of various systems within our company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system integration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and propose efficient solutions.
• Design and document integration processes, data flows, and interfaces between different systems.
• Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flows and data models.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of integration solutions.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure successful integration.
• Monitor and resolve integration issues, providing timely solutions.
• Provide information on new technologies and industry trends in system integration, FinTS, banking processes, and payment transactions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units throughout the integration process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with 2-3 years focused on system integration projects, error analysis, and solution finding.
• Solid knowledge of business analysis methods and system integration techniques.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and their integration.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with API integration and cloud integration platforms.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Fluent English and German language skills.
