About the Role
As a member of the administrative team in our initial reception facility in Berlin, you will support the background processes, ensuring that organization and administration run smoothly. Your structured approach will significantly contribute to a well-functioning daily routine within the team.
Responsibilities
- Undertake administrative tasks, such as personnel administration, billing, and duty and vacation planning.
- Record and maintain data, and create and manage documents in coordination with specialist departments.
- Process incoming inquiries by phone and in writing, ensuring reliable forwarding.
- Assist with cash management, process invoices, and handle procurement.
- Create statistics and prepare relevant data in a clear format.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, etc.), or a comparable vocational training in the (public) administrative sector.
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience in a commercially or administratively oriented field.
- Proficient with digital tools and MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word) and quick to learn new systems.
- Very good German language skills.
- Proof of measles vaccination according to the Infection Protection Act (IfSG) and an extended certificate of good conduct without entries are required.
- Ability to work in a team, maintain an overview even in demanding situations, and act in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
