About the Role
As Agent Deployment Lead, you will own every go-live, working side-by-side with the CEO, COO, and CTO. Your responsibility is to ensure each deployment is successful, shaping the agents to fit each customer's specific reality, processes, systems, and people. The vision is for every customer to go live quickly, remain live, and operate independently without founder intervention.
Responsibilities
- Own every deployment end-to-end, from signed contract to confirmed first value, including planning, timelines, and stakeholder management.
- Deploy agents by mapping customer procure-to-pay realities, configuring workflows, testing, and tuning for production performance.
- Act as the technical bridge, translating customer requirements into integration specifications for engineering (ERP, DMS, email infrastructure).
- Manage change and drive adoption by running key user trainings and ensuring customers see value from day one.
- Build the support foundation (ticketing, escalation paths, integration partners), handle live issues, and provide weekly product and engineering feedback.
- Support sales with technical credibility by engaging with customer IT departments on security, compliance, and implementation during the sales cycle.
- Feed learnings back into the product by capturing recurring challenges, feedback, and edge cases from customer environments for weekly input to product and engineering.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in consulting or structured implementation, with a startup mindset.
- Experience running complex projects with senior client stakeholders, demonstrating diligence, structure, and timeliness.
- A builder mentality, capable of creating onboarding playbooks, partner frameworks, and support infrastructure in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to lead discussions with IT departments and senior management, possessing sufficient technical depth to identify risks and build trust.
- Daily experience working with AI tools, understanding agent capabilities and limitations, and ability to explain these to procurement leaders.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling parallel deployments, shifting priorities, and competing stakeholders.
- Native German language proficiency and strong professional English (C1+).
