About the Role
This is a full-time, 12-month position for a registered Pharmacist at NSW’s largest private hospital, involving work with a state-of-the-art dispensary robot.
Responsibilities
- Delivering clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient care.
- Working directly on the wards.
- Rotating through the busy pharmacy dispensary.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Working with our state-of-the-art dispensary robot.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Pharmacist.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience in acute healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated experience participating in research and quality improvement activities.
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for pharmacy and its role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and considerately with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated prior experience in hospital pharmacy.
- Ideally with experience in oncology pharmacy.
- Competence in clinical drug knowledge.
- Good computer literacy in pharmacy applications.
- Proven capacity to organise a complex workload during periods of high demand.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks.

Salary/Compensations
- $46.49 (Year 1) - $69.87 (Year 2, Grade 3) per hour plus super and salary packaging
