About the Role

Roller is News Corp Australia's purpose-built creative agency seeking a driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and oversee campaign execution, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients, creative studios, external agencies, and third-party suppliers for account management and project execution, including large national campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring efficient delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive and clear briefs for internal teams and provide necessary campaign details to stakeholders.
  • Communicate potential challenges to appropriate parties and proactively troubleshoot to minimize risks and delays.
  • Provide a high level of client support and maintain consistent communication to build confidence.
  • Educate and advise clients on production and design issues to ensure high-quality output and foster strong client relationships.
