Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive tax advice to clients and support them with business management issues.
Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns for various legal forms.
Conduct legal remedy proceedings and manage tax audits.
Prepare tax opinions.
Manage corporate restructuring processes.
Conceptualize and manage business succession plans.
Participate in digitalization projects and other specialized areas.

Requirements
