About the Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner operates as a key member of the TA team on a client site, delivering first-class service and consulting on all aspects of hiring people for their business. The onsite team is responsible for all recruitment activities of the Client across all divisions of their business and offices in APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Create a happy and engaged group of hiring managers.
  • Establish and build strong relationships throughout the client business, becoming a trusted advisor with the C-Suite.
  • Obtain and maintain a deep understanding of the business.
  • Consult and influence hiring managers and HR on their recruitment processes and selection techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and consult HR and the business to ensure the Client is at the forefront of the market.
  • Build a personal brand and presence in relevant digital technology or media communities across the US.
  • Support the leadership team with guidance on role prioritization, size, and scoping.
  • Deliver on a broad array of roles within the US, focusing on incredible candidate experiences.
  • Undertake the full recruitment process according to Solve’s and the Client’s methodology.
  • Assist hiring managers and HR in creating compelling and accurate job descriptions.
  • Write and publish captivating job advertisements that represent the employer brand.
  • Proactively source candidates using database searching, online search techniques, meet-ups, events, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Support HR and Marketing with social content reflecting the Employer Value Proposition.
  • Engage other recruiters within Talent or other agencies, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Conduct first-round interviews of candidates and join managers on later rounds where required.
  • Write, produce, and submit honest and clear candidate briefs to hiring managers.
  • Nurture candidates within relevant communities to build a long-term pipeline.
  • Coordinate offsite Sourcers, clearly briefing roles and guiding them toward quality search outcomes.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of Sourcers' CV and call-based screening techniques.
  • Provide Client stakeholders with market insight to assist with decision-making.
  • Interpret data to communicate insightful stories that inform hiring decisions with visually led reporting.
  • Ensure all data relating to candidate interaction with the business is recorded accurately.
  • Engage the business internally to ensure awareness of open roles and encourage referrals.
  • Complete candidate, hiring manager, and employee surveys where relevant.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years recruiting with both in-house or RPO, and agency experience.
  • Account Management experience preferred.
  • Technology or GTM recruitment experience preferred, with the ability to recruit across a broad array of positions.
  • Experience working in a nimble, fast-paced business.
  • Experience recruiting in data-led environments.
  • Collaborative nature and ability to adjust perspective according to the situation.
  • Confident, positive demeanor and great presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and via video/phone.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to adapt communication to a disparate audience.
  • Strong organizational competency and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable persistence.
  • Knowledge of diversity-based hiring techniques and proven ability to use them.
  • Proven ability to build relationships to the level of trusted advisor with senior stakeholders.
  • Consistently takes a quality approach to recruitment and maintains a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to work within a structured process in an ambiguous and ever-shifting environment.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a local and regional candidate network.
  • Strong HR/Recruitment technology skills – ATS/CRM/Social search tools.
  • Possesses sophisticated candidate search techniques, knowing how to identify quality candidates from multiple online locations.
  • Desire to mentor and pass skills to more junior team members.
  • Coachability and desire for personal continuous improvement.
