As a Front Office all-rounder, you will embody the elegance and warmth of our hotel and will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in crafting memorable experiences from the very moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with an effortlessly gracious demeanour, setting the tone for their stay.
• Manage guest arrivals with poise, handle reservations, assign rooms with precision, and oversee payments, all while maintaining a serene and welcoming presence.
• Offer insightful recommendations and expert directions with an intimate knowledge of the precinct and Surry Hills, enhancing each guest's experience with your local acumen.
• Demonstrate an impeccable attention to detail and resolve any guest concerns with tact and efficiency, ensuring complete satisfaction and continued delight.
