About the Role

As an Intelligent Automation Engineer, you will support, improve, and expand business automation capabilities across the company. You will maintain existing Power Automate and RPA systems while designing new workflow, RPA, and API-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support existing automation estate including Power Automate cloud flows and Power Automate Desktop
  • Triage and resolve automation failures
  • Design, build, test, and deploy new automation solutions across cloud workflows, RPA, API integrations, and data transformation
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and facilitate process discovery
  • Maintain support documentation, governance standards, and a prioritized automation backlog
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automations with AI and evaluate emerging platforms

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • 4+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting business automation solutions in production
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop or another RPA platform
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, connectors, webhooks, authentication, and data transformation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work with non-technical process owners
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
