About the Role
As the face of our Sydney office, you will create a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, playing a key part in how clients experience our business daily.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and front-of-house experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries with efficiency and care.
- Coordinate and book meeting rooms, video conferences, and client appointments.
- Support the Executive Leadership Team and wider business with administrative tasks.
- Assist with the coordination of client events and functions.
- Manage office supplies, mail, and general facilities requests.
- Support expense reconciliation processes and administrative reporting.
- Oversee front-of-house presentation, ensuring reception and client areas are always immaculate.
- Provide occasional support across kitchen, catering, and hospitality services.
- Assist with broader facilities coordination, including office upkeep and vendor management.
Requirements
- Experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role.
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional manner.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A team player who is happy to step in and support where needed.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
