About the Role

Recruiting Associates are enthusiastic professionals who develop and grow the GLG Councils. This role offers opportunities to work closely with business and investment leaders, engaging in custom client projects and strategic recruiting efforts to connect clients with key opinion leaders and industry executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals and experts through telephone marketing and email.
  • Grow the GLG Councils by recruiting key opinion leaders using recruiting campaigns, industry lists, and referrals.
  • Interview prospective industry leaders and capture critical data in profile management systems.
  • Consult with Research Managers to gauge client needs and fulfill research requests by analyzing inquiries and identifying primary populations.
  • Understand client research workflows and objectives to support client-facing colleagues in growing GLG client relationships.
  • Develop a working knowledge of GLG's core industry coverage and broader industry trends for expert recruitment and client servicing.
  • Work on other projects associated with building the GLG Councils.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Native in Japanese and fluency in English.
  • Superior communication, interaction, and presentation skills in a business setting.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in any industry, preferably headhunting, recruitment, or market research.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university.
