About the Role
As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you will support the management team with store operations, focusing on providing exceptional customer service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining an appealing store environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience, including greeting customers sincerely, being friendly, and thanking every customer.
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Develop customer relationships to grow business.
- Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience.
- Unpack and display stock.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
- Assist with new hire training.
- Open and close the store for business.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
