About the Role

Pearson VUE is seeking a Casual Test Administrator to join their team in Parramatta, NSW. This role provides exceptional customer service and ensures a secure exam delivery environment while complying with all testing procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies.
• Check and verify candidate identification against test registration and assist with test setup.
• Explain exam procedures and proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Escalate policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as directed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 20lbs independently.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.
