Responsibilities

  • Build change management excellence through leading the organization's change approach and providing directing change management practices and methodologies.
  • Build the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans, including education programs.
  • Drive detailed assessments of change impacts, business readiness, and plans to address gaps.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and with impacted stakeholders to support engagement and readiness for changes.
  • Understand and identify change barriers, and design recommendations to mitigate risks and business impact.
  • Define training requirements and plans for impacted stakeholders, engaging with relevant SMEs and third parties.
  • Understand internal and external service level agreements/key performance indicators and ensure they are minimally affected by changes.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, practices, and outcomes within Enterprise Enablement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role-modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
  • Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues, and improve end-to-end enterprise outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders across divisions to achieve enterprise outcomes.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities and trade-offs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role's function and the broader ASX context.
  • Prepare high-quality Executive and governance papers, briefings, and updates tailored to audience and governance needs.
  • Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant.
  • Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification or training in change management, project management, communications, psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record as a Senior Change Manager on programs/projects in complex change environments across a range of subject matters.
  • Experience with Data, Regulatory, or Risk focused projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of working with both business-led change and project teams.
  • Demonstrated level of project management skills.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work at pace – prioritizing progress over perfection.
  • Ability to build high-trust relationships with stakeholders – guiding and influencing their approach to change.
  • Experience with applying mandated delivery frameworks and being both creative and compliant.
  • Demonstrated experience with Atlassian and Microsoft tools; Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Australia on a permanent basis without any restrictions.
