About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Regulatory Solutions team. This role is ideal for an organized professional who excels at managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-quality proposals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tender and proposal submissions from inception to final delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Legal, Product, and Services teams to develop winning proposals.
- Prepare, format, and submit professional tender responses and supporting documentation.
- Monitor government and private tender portals to identify new opportunities.
- Manage project timelines and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize bid review meetings and track stakeholder action items.
- Maintain bid documentation, reporting, and proposal libraries.
- Track bid performance and identify strategies to improve win rates.
- Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and workflows.
- Provide sales administration support, including reporting and data maintenance.
Requirements
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in bid coordination, sales support, proposals, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to process improvement and finding efficient ways of working.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience with government tenders or procurement processes is considered a bonus.
