About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Regulatory Solutions team. This role is ideal for an organized professional who excels at managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-quality proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tender and proposal submissions from inception to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Legal, Product, and Services teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Prepare, format, and submit professional tender responses and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor government and private tender portals to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage project timelines and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize bid review meetings and track stakeholder action items.
  • Maintain bid documentation, reporting, and proposal libraries.
  • Track bid performance and identify strategies to improve win rates.
  • Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and workflows.
  • Provide sales administration support, including reporting and data maintenance.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in bid coordination, sales support, proposals, administration, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to process improvement and finding efficient ways of working.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Experience with government tenders or procurement processes is considered a bonus.
