About the Role

As a leader within the Cloud & IT Outsourcing department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of cloud and on-premises environments, from design and construction to stable operation, tailored to client business requirements. You will oversee multiple projects, drive standardization, automation, and cost optimization of infrastructure, and leverage platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and VMware to optimize IT assets and promote DX for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead system operations for cloud and on-premises environments based on client requirements.
Manage and lead an operations team of 5-10 members.
Promote standardization and optimization of operational processes.
Design and implement advanced operational automation.
Formulate and manage SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
Handle escalations for incident and problem management.
Conduct operational reviews and provide reports to clients.
Direct complex fault resolution and propose solutions.
Develop and execute operational improvement roadmaps.
Provide advice on new construction projects from an operational perspective.
Collaborate with and guide offshore teams.

Requirements

Over 5 years of experience as a leader in project, account, or operations teams.
Over 5 years of IT infrastructure operations experience.
Over 5 years of IT infrastructure design and construction experience.
Over 3 years of cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc.) operations experience.
Experience in designing and improving ITIL-based operational processes.
Basic understanding and experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Comprehensive operational knowledge of Linux/Windows/Networks.
Client interaction and operational reporting experience.
Ability to read English documents and basic communication via English email.
