About the Role
As an Events Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every event is delivered with professionalism, energy and attention to detail. This is a casual position offering flexible shifts across Events, with opportunities to support other hospitality areas throughout the Club based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to guests throughout their event experience
- Setting up and resetting function spaces in accordance with event requirements and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Assisting with weddings, corporate functions, special events and Club activations
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of event spaces
- Supporting operational requirements across multiple hospitality departments when required
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, functions, events or customer service roles
- A professional and friendly approach to customer interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Availability to work across Events and other hospitality departments as required
