Requirements
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence communicating effectively with team members, patients, and families via email, telephone, and face-to-face
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to pick up shifts on weekdays
