About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Manager, Korea to accelerate business growth through strategic marketing initiatives that drive demand, strengthen customer engagement, and build market presence. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who understands the technology or cybersecurity landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong track record of executing demand generation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Korea Country Manager and sales leadership to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy supporting Korea’s business growth priorities.
  • Act as the key conduit balancing between global marketing direction vs country priorities.
  • Develop go-to-market plans that address market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives for the Korea market.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams and partners to gain market insights and ensure marketing investments are aligned with top business priorities.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to build qualified pipeline across targeted prospects and customers.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing programs including digital campaigns, webinars, in-person events, virtual events, PR activities, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand business priorities and align marketing programs with go-to-market objectives.
  • Execute account-based marketing activities to drive deep account engagement.
  • Optimize lead generation and nurture programs to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI to measure campaign success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify, plan, manage, and coordinate local and regional marketing events that support business objectives.
  • Work with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver impactful customer experiences.
  • Measure event effectiveness and optimize future investments based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that expand market reach and accelerate growth.
  • Support partner development and enablement through effective channel marketing activities.
  • Work closely with partners to maximize lead generation, engagement, and conversion opportunities.
  • Adapt and localize global marketing content, campaigns, and messaging to ensure relevance for Korean customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to deliver market-specific assets and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media and journalists to increase brand awareness and secure relevant PR coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing experience within the technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B industry.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and business impact.
  • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies, demand generation, lead management, and sales alignment.
  • Experience working in a hybrid reporting structure, with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, regional, and local teams.
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required.
