About the Role
ClearView Healthcare Partners is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm providing world-class strategic decision-making support to clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic spaces. Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and internal teams to address strategic questions in the biopharmaceutical sector.
- Conduct complex problem-solving using a hypothesis-based approach.
- Create templated outputs to support project deliverables.
- Manage straightforward projects or workstreams with moderate oversight.
- Develop and utilize analytical tools, such as forecast models, for decision-making.
- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.
Requirements
- Independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering).
- Provide thought partnership for ambiguous or complex projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to serve as a mentor for junior team members.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Seek support for complex projects or challenging client situations.
- Employ a highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems.
