About the Role

The Ad Ops Demand Management team at Netflix provides operational leadership and partnership to regional sales teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and governing deal operations. This role will lead a high-performing team, driving a culture of AI solutions and automation to solve problems at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Demand management leads and senior specialists aligned to regional revenue pods.
  • Align with other regional leads to define the strategic vision for demand management, tailoring execution to regional needs.
  • Direct end-to-end campaign and deal readiness, pacing, and delivery, leveraging automation and AI solutions.
  • Serve as the primary operational advisor to Sales and Account Management, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Build a team culture that champions automation-first approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Ad Ops Solutions, Product, and other teams.
  • Triage and escalate complex technical problems to Ad Ops Solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting and operational insights to support revenue growth.
  • Optimize workflows for scalability and implement process improvements.
  • Anticipate and address evolving operational needs as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad tech, or related roles, with significant expertise across the programmatic ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with confidence at the senior stakeholder level.
  • Deep knowledge of campaign/deal lifecycle management across direct and programmatic channels.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media buying, inventory management, and auction dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, genAI, and data analytics to drive operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to surface operational insights and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Forward-thinking, adaptable mindset with a keen eye for industry trends and scalability.
