About the Role

We are seeking a motivated leader and coach to develop and support our Lead Generation team. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and performance development to help new hires transition successfully into the field and grow existing team members. It's a great opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background who enjoy coaching, improving performance, and building successful teams, without the pressure of direct sales quotas.

Responsibilities

Facilitate new hire training and bootcamp sessions
Support ongoing development of representatives
Identify training gaps and provide coaching to improve performance
Visit retail locations and events to coach representatives
Provide real-time mentorship and support
Help new hires apply training techniques in real-world settings
Conduct candidate interviews
Assist with hiring efforts to build a strong team
Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
Provide feedback to leadership on training effectiveness
Help ensure training translates into strong field performance

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
Strong background in coaching, mentoring, or leadership
Proven track record of strong performance in a sales environment
Comfortable interviewing candidates
Strong communication and organizational skills
Weekend availability required
Local travel to retail locations and events required
