About the Role
HSBC México seeks individuals with excellent customer service, sales aptitude, and a desire for career growth in the Commercial area for the Service Executive position. The primary function is to enhance the customer experience in branches through efficient and quality service at the counter, aligning with operational needs. Additionally, identify commercial opportunities by promoting products and services to existing and potential clients, channeling them to specialized promoters or alternative channels to increase branch profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative or Financial area (incomplete or completed) or completed High School.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and/or attention.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.
