About the Role
Join one of Sydney's leading culinary destinations at Crown Sydney, where our culinary teams create memorable dining experiences across a diverse collection of restaurants and bars. We are seeking talented Chef de Partie professionals to join our growing kitchens.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team within your designated kitchen section.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Assist with daily food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience.
- Experience within a quality restaurant, hotel, or high-volume dining environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for food and continuous learning.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
