About the Role
Progress through a 5-phase program to learn every aspect of the business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.
Responsibilities
- Learn products, vendor-to-customer logistics, and sales support.
- Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, and financial statements.
- Assist customers with product and service issues and manage large-scale projects.
- Identify new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
- Determine ideal career path based on training.
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- HVAC knowledge is an asset
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
- Desire to continuously learn and grow
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
